Pricing Questions Answered
A few common questions from parents about fees, payments, and what's included
What is included in the monthly fee?
Each package covers instructor-led sessions, use of the studio space, and standard art materials such as paint, brushes, clay, and drawing paper. Specialty materials for advanced sculpture projects may carry a small additional cost, which we always confirm beforehand.
Can I switch plans partway through the month?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at the start of the next billing cycle. Contact our front desk at the studio in Mansoura, Egypt, and we will adjust your schedule and invoice accordingly.
Do you offer trial or single-session pricing?
Yes, a single drop-in painting or drawing session can be booked for EGP 300, allowing new students to experience a class before committing to a monthly plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments at our Mansoura studio location as well as bank transfers. Monthly fees are due within the first week of each billing cycle to keep your child's spot secured.
Is there a refund if my child misses classes?
Missed sessions can usually be rescheduled within the same month, subject to class availability. We do not provide cash refunds for unused sessions, but we work with families to find a convenient makeup time.
Are materials for sculpture classes more expensive?
Standard clay and tools are included in the Creative Plus and Young Artist Pro plans. For larger sculpture projects requiring special materials like resin or plaster, we discuss costs with parents in advance.
